Why I Do What I Do — and Why It Matters

ree

I just finished a coaching session with a high school baseball player, and conversations like this are what continue to move my heart toward helping as many athletes as possible.

We talked about motivation, commitment, and discovering his WHY for the year ahead. Not just baseball, but his spiritual, personal, and athletic goals for this next season of life. From there, we will be shaping a clear mission statement for the next 4–6 months and reverse-engineering those goals into daily habits, routines, and processes that support consistent growth.

This is the heart of the 44 Performance Pathway—the coaching process I will use with athletes. It’s designed to help them:

  • Gain clarity and direction

  • Build strong daily processes and discipline

  • Develop mental, emotional, and spiritual resilience

  • Learn how life skills directly transfer to performance on the field

It’s encouraging to see young athletes willing to invest in themselves and take ownership of their growth. These are the moments that remind me why this work matters so much—because direction, accountability, and intentional support can change the trajectory of a season and a life.

If you’re an athlete looking for clarity, accountability, and a plan, or a parent wanting to invest in development beyond just physical training, I’d love to connect.

📞 Reach out anytime, and let’s walk the 44 Performance Pathway together.
