About Tyler Lennon
Founder | Athlete Development Mentor & Connector
Tyler Lennon is a husband, father, ordained pastor, and certified mental performance coach with more than 20 years of experience serving people and bringing communities together.
Through 44 Sports Connect, Tyler mentors athletes from a Biblical perspective, helping them develop confidence, character, discipline, and purpose on and off the field.
He also helps athletes, parents, and coaches connect with people and resources for development, recruiting, fundraising, and sports travel.
His approach is personal: listen, understand the need, encourage growth, and help identify the next step.

The Story Behind 44
44 was Tyler’s high school jersey number. Years later, his son chose that same number for his own athletic journey.
Walking alongside his son reinforced Tyler’s desire to help athletes and families navigate sports with guidance, encouragement, and support.
Acts, the 44th book of the Bible, brought another connection to the name: people living out their faith, building community, and stepping into their calling.
That is the heart of 44 Sports Connect.
