Tyler helps athletes discover the God-given dream placed inside them and develop the mindset, resilience, and confidence to pursue it fully. He is a Certified Mental Performance Mastery Coach, Mental Edge Method Coach, and Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. His passion is simple yet powerful: helping athletes develop an elite mindset, build mental resilience, and perform with confidence in their sport and in life. At the center of his coaching is the belief that every athlete carries a God-given dream—and his mission is to help them discover it, strengthen it, and walk it out with courage.

Tyler desires to partner with athletes and coaches, walking alongside them to unlock their potential, overcome obstacles, and step confidently into the identity and God-given dream already written on their hearts. His work isn’t just about winning games—it’s about raising future leaders who carry character, resilience, and vision both on and off the field.​

Through 44 Sports Connect, Tyler also supports the sports community with Leadership Development, College Recruiting, Sports Connections, and Team Travel Solutions. Whether it’s guiding an athlete through pressure moments, encouraging a coach in their leadership, or helping families and clubs navigate the recruiting and travel process, Tyler’s heart is to connect people with what they need to thrive.

Tyler’s life experiences have shaped his unique ability to lead and encourage others. He has served as a Pastor and Non-Profit President, organizing more than 60 international and domestic service trips; he taught hundreds to face their fears as the owner of a stand-up paddle company; and he spent seven years in Executive Protection for high-profile clients in the entertainment industry. Each role strengthened his commitment to service, courage, and care for people. These experiences shaped Tyler’s conviction that purpose isn’t manufactured—it’s discovered. Every athlete has a God-given calling, and his passion is helping them live boldly from that place.​

Inspired daily by his young son—who proudly wears his dad’s old number 44—Tyler pours his love for sports, family, and leadership into everything he does. 44 Sports Connect exists to do more than build athletes—it exists to build lives.
