Tyler Lennon is the owner and founder of 44 Sports Connect, where his focus is on fostering meaningful connections, promoting leadership development, and providing tailored travel solutions for Sports Directors, Coaches, Athletes, Parents, and businesses within the sports world.

Tyler is a Connector, Consultant, and Guide—roles he embraces with a visionary and entrepreneurial spirit. His journey is marked by a dedication to service, a drive for personal growth, and a commitment to helping others by connecting them with solutions that truly meet their needs.

A Certified Mental Edge Method Coach and Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, Tyler integrates proven strategies for mindset, communication, and leadership into his work with athletes, coaches, and organizations. These certifications enhance his ability to develop mental resilience, elevate performance, and cultivate strong, values-based leadership both on and off the field.

Tyler’s diverse life experiences have uniquely equipped him for this next chapter. He has served as a Pastor and President of a Non-Profit, organizing and safely leading over 60 international and domestic service trips for several hundred people. As the former owner of a stand-up paddle company, he taught hundreds to conquer their fears and master paddling and surfing in the open ocean. Most recently, before relocating to Tennessee, he spent seven years in Executive Protection, serving high-profile clients in the entertainment industry.

These roles have honed his ability to connect with people, solve problems, optimize complex situations, and lead with both empathy and strength. He thrives in environments where coaching, training, teaching, protecting, and encouraging are at the forefront.

A lifelong sports enthusiast and a devoted father to his young, athletic son—who proudly wears his dad’s old number 44—Tyler was inspired to launch 44 Sports Connect. This venture merges his love for sports and family with his passion for leadership and service. The company exists to support and connect the sports community with solutions in College Recruiting, Leadership Development, Mental Performance, and Travel Consulting.
