In today’s competitive world of high school and youth athletics, talent alone isn’t enough. College coaches look for athletes who are mentally strong, focused, disciplined, and prepared. At 44 Sports Connect, it is our desire to help schools, clubs, and travel programs build a culture where athletes are intentionally developed and guided toward playing at the next level.

We are a Tennessee-based startup with a passion for elevating Tennessee athletics—and a long-term vision to eventually support schools across the country as we grow. Our heart is rooted in Tennessee communities, but our dream is to create a model that impacts athletes nationwide.
